4. Is Tuition Reimbursement an Option at Your Job?
I wanted to call this one out separately from #3 because places exist that offer one or the other – and they just aren’t the same.

While #3 deals with, say, “each employee having an allotment of $500 a quarter to learn something new related to their job designation” — this one may offer $5,000 (or more) a year or semester in tuition reimbursement for employees who attend college-level classes.
Even if that reimbursement is contingent on classroom performance — that’s only fair.
