It isn’t rocket science, but there are “the basics” and then there’s the art that you see professionals accomplish when they really know what they’re doing. Acronyms like CPC, CPL, CPA, and CPM will become second nature to these students.
Anything in conjunction with Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and so on as platforms would be a focus of student understanding. Taboola and Outbrain wouldn’t be new names to those who go through this class. Managing campaigns in HubSpot, Marketo, and others won’t be foreign to those who take on this coursework.
