There are only 3 days left in 2020, so it’s time to start preparing for a fresh new year in 2021. And what better way to get ready for new beginnings than to introduce the creative talents of numerous Instagram artists (who I’ll likely profile on this site during the year)? I figured it would be dope if we rolled into the year feeling inspired!
Table of Contents
This post is meant to highlight many of my favorite “new-ish” artists (those with less than 100K followers) – and that was mostly accomplished. Nearly 2/3 of the creators below fit that standard, and the rest go multiples beyond that number (and I’ll even include a few bonus artists at the end who each has over 1M followers). The deeper you go into the post, the more followers the artist has.
Use the links here to navigate your way around this massive post a little more easily:
- Under 10K (followers as of the time of this post)
- 10 – < 25K
- 25 – < 50K
- 50 – < 100K
- 100 – < 250K
- 250K – < 1M
- Over 1M+
I recommend following these amazingly talented artists! I am presenting one of my personal favorite images for each person, exemplifying what I like in their respective styles. Click their username, in the upper-left corner of each embed, to be taken directly to their Instagram profile.
If you follow anyone and/or like or comment on any of their work, tell them @soso_insta_dope (that’s me) sent you.
Let’s get to it.

Whoa! You made it to the bottom! You’re a trooper!
I reiterate what I said above: Please consider following and supporting these great talents. And if you’re on Instagram – give me a follow @soso_insta_dope while you’re at it (shameless plug)! I act as more of a curator at the moment, but more original content will start appearing on there in 2021 (especially post-COVID).
Until next time, art lovers. And feel free to share any suggestions you have in the comment section!
Peace, and thanks for reading.
