Have you… Have you seen the semi-creepy/unsettling TikTok video of the New York resident who finds an entire secret (abandoned) apartment behind her bathroom mirror? I had seen links to it, and finally took the bait and clicked it in a moment of boredom, and now I’m fascinated and have SO MANY QUESTIONS!

And Now… My Thoughts
So… The first thing I naturally thought was, “Yo, is this real?!”
Assuming that I’m right there with this one, and we’re in a world where this is real — “WHAT THE HELL?!”
I’m guessing she went into an unfinished apartment that’s still undergoing rehab & renovation maybe? Either way, this is incredibly creepy and unsettling. I won’t know if I would be able to sleep right at night after discovering that. Why? It reminds me a lot of the story of the woman who used to come out into this dude’s home when he was gone or sleeping.

Is that video fake? Likely. The dude’s name is Joe Cummings — he’s an actor by trade, and while there were a few stories about this here and there when it happened, no one has come out and said this one is fake. Just the potential of something like this is very unsettling.
- If the NYC secret apartment TikTok thing is real, then who’s to say that the poster, Samantha Hartsoe, isn’t living this life?
- Did she check to see if the mirror in her bathroom was see-through from the other side or not?
- Was the landlord aware of this other unit and the bathroom window bit?
- Is some kind of building code being violated by how she could just easily remove that mirror and go over into another room and there was no insulation or anything like that?
- How the hell does she sleep at night?!
I have so many questions (again, assuming this is legit)!!!
I don’t know what I would do aside from making sure I had a gun in the house after seeing this.
I watch a lot of horror movies (that’s my first mistake in this situation), and I just think the world we live in is crazy – especially in places like New York City.
Nothing fascinating on this one, just a lot of questions and I have one important question for you…
