2022 is the Year to Workout More
I talk about Health & Fitness here a lot because I think both are key to the more unspoken parts of happiness. Sort of the “auto-pilot” portion of it, if you will.
That said, I have posted a number of things here related to workout routines, ideas for home gym equipment, and specific product reviews…
- Looking for a full solution? >> (The practicality of) Tonal vs. Zeno Gym
- Want to work your legs? >> Monkey Feet (video included in post)
- Trying to get sexy abs and a strong core? >> Terra-Glide (video included in the post)
I normally don’t seek anything for my product reviews because I want my opinion to be as unbiased as possible, but if you do want to jump into the realm of purchasing anything AND helping out this site while enjoying a discount, Terra-Glide actually made me an affiliate! You can save 25% on your purchase using the code “SOSODOPE” at checkout, and a bit will get kicked back to this site. Treat yourself!

There are TONS of resources out there that offer up great advice for FREE to people, too! If you don’t want to go the route of using things listed here on SoSoDope, try out things like…
- Investigating the Beginner Running section on Runner’s World
- Learning body weight exercises with the non-threatening Hybrid Calisthenics guy
- Sampling gym workout programs from Athlean-X‘s free YouTube content
- Doing Yoga with Adriene
- Learning about boxing with fightTIPS
- (or just) Reading the Articles & Workout Plans sections on Bodybuilding.com
I bring all of these up to let you know that there are options out there and they are FREE and VALUABLE!
Plus, don’t feel like you have to hit the gym EVERY SINGLE DAY! If this isn’t a normal habit for you, you’d only be setting yourself up to want to quit by overdoing it — try to start with 3-4 days a week for 30-minutes to an hour, and then go from there. You will be so happy with the results you see from this small change of pace.
This could easily be the year that you lose a little weight or build a little muscle. You are beautiful either way, but I encourage you to use a New Year’s Resolution as an excuse to jump into this world if you’ve been on the fence about it.
